What Causes Delay In Period After Taking Plan B?

I had unprotected sex the day after my period, then took Plan B at the appropriate time, and the correct dosage. My period is now 3 days late, but I've taken 2 home pregnancy tests and they've both been negative. The past few days I've had a lot of clear/light white discharge. Should I be concerned I'm pregnant?
