What Causes Delay In Period And Tight Pain In Stomach Before Urinating?

Hi, I'm 20 year old woman, since I got married in January 2012 my period is late for few days every time I have my period. But know for the first time in life its been 13 days that I haven't got my period. also for 2 weeks I'm having tight pain in stomic before I urine.

I really appreciate your concern the late menses after the marriage is very common phenomenon being seen and this is nothing to worry even no need to take any medicine for this it will come around on its own, taking medicine for this some time more disturbs the hormone cycle, so is better to wait for some time, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
