Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. You did not need to take the emergency contraceptive in the first place because soon after the period and during the period, it is safe. Well, you have gone through all the necessary protocol to exclude pregnancy. The high hormone content in the pill creates such disturbances. You have to follow your doctor's suggestion if you do not see your next period. A small cyst in the ovary usually subsides. Hope this helps.
