What Causes Delay In Period With Negative UPT?

I missed my period, I m 15days late. I took a pregnancy test monday morning and it was negative now today I had some spotting of smal red and clear discharge. Could I be pregnant or should I be concerned of some other issue? I have endometriosis so not sure if thag has any affect.

I really appreciate your concern this may not be pregnancy still I would advise you to get done the ultrasonography test to confirm this on accurate basis, because urine test may false negative or positive, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
