What Causes Delay In Period?

I m 20years old, my last monthly period was near new years day . but until now i didn t get period. so i tried pregnancy test 3times. all of these ware negative. i don t know why. of course i came other country 5months ago, i ve got some test and i am under pressure caz of study. what can i do now? do i wait more time?
