What Causes Delay In Period?

i recently got married on may18th, i took 10 premoult n tablets to postpone my periods, last month soon after stop using the tablets i got periods on 25th. my actual cycle is on 15th. this month i didn't get my periods yet. could you please suggest me. my age is 24yrs, height 5.2
