What Causes Delay In Period, nausea And Moodiness?

Hello,I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not. I was 9 days late on my period, sore breasts, nauseous off an on, very moody. I'm always right on the dot when it comes to my periods. But yesterday my husband and I had sex and today I started bleeding but no cramps at all, which is very unusual for me, I normally have really bad cramps the 1st couple of days on my period. I have also taken 4 home pregnancy tests, 2 where negative and 2 came up with faint positives then faded to negatives.

Hello
this could be due to
pregnancy or threatened abortion
ectopic pregnancy
Infection like STI or PID
cervical cancer (very rare)

In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC ESR ,urine culture and sensitivity test and a vaginal swab for culture or an ultrasound
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor

maintain good hygiene
have plenty of fluids including fruit juices
thanks for your question
Regards
