What Causes Delay In Periods After Abortion?

I had an abortion on 9 april 2010. on 17 april we had unprotected sex. on 5 may 2010 my doctor advised me to take duphaston tablets for ten days i.e till 15 may. i didnt get my periods after leaving them till date i.e 20 may 2010. can i be pregnant again? im really tensed. please help.
