What Causes Delay In Periods After Laproscopy?

hi doctor. i had a laparoscopy on the 27 of january and my last period was on the 17 th of january. my period is 5 days late. i am getting concerned. i am a married woman age of 30 who is married for 5 years with no kids and is desperately trying. thank you
