What Causes Delay In Periods After Missing Doses Of Cytomid?

I'm a hypothyroid - Celiac - PCOD patient. I've been taking adlectone 100 empty stomach and cytomid 125 twice a day. With theses medicines, i was getting menses every 15 days.

In the last 2 -3 weeks, i missed a lot of cytomid doses. Now it's been over 3 weeks and I didn't get my periods. Just wanna know if I am pregnant?
