What Causes Delay In Periods After Safe Sex?
hi i m kusum..i m married ...last month i hv sex three days after my periods finished..i was unprotected so i took hi i m good so i married last month i have sex 3 days after my period finished i was and protected unwanted pill after 6-7 hr of sex..even i tested two times with prega news...one test i took was on 3 august i.e. three days before my period date..n second test was on 8 august ...i m late for my periods as i was regular...i want to know what is going on ..is there any possibility of pregnancy...?

In fact immediate 3 days after the menstrual cycle are comparatively safe for intercourse as the egg is released 14 days before the next menses start. However, it was good on your part to take unwanted pills - better to err on safer side.
Unwanted pill is a hormonal pill containing Levonorgestrel which is a Progestational medicine. This pill can cause some delay in next menses due to the increased levels of Progesterone in the blood. If your urine pregnancy tests are negative even after 10 days of missed period, you can rest assured that you are not pregnant. You will get the menses within few days. If you still want a confirmation, you may go for ultrasonography.
