What Causes Delay In Periods After Taking Unwanted72?

I got married 4 months before, my wife is doing her MBA, we planned to have kids after 2-3 years. But last month we had unsafe sex and she taken unwanted 72, her periods hav is not happened it shud hav happned on 24th july. Being her last year in MBA, please give a solution.
