What Causes Delay In Periods Along With Stomach Cramps?
I am late for my period by 10 days. I have had cramps for the past few days like a normal period but only with, brown discharge. I took a pregnancy test the day after my period was due and it was negative. I have never missed a period before, should I go in and get a blood test to be sure I am not pregnant?

Home pregnancy test is positive after 8 days delay in expected date of periods. You should repeat your test with a clean urine sample (not contaminated with blood). You will get reliable reports. Blood pregnancy test is another option you have.
