What Causes Delay In Periods And Abdominal Cramps After Having Safe Sex?

My boyfriend and I had intercourse today and it was our first time and we were afraid. My boyfriend said he didn t feel the condom break and I didn t feel anything either but when he removed the condom, there was a bit on the bottom from when he ejaculated. We re very worried..Please help!P.S.My period is due about the 30th of this month and I ve been having cramps but I ve been feeling them before we did it .

Hello,

You can experience abdominal cramps before periods. Onset of periods rules out possibility of conception or pregnancy. In case you suspect conception then you can take urine pregnancy test which becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.
