What Causes Delay In Periods And Abdominal Cramps Despite Having Negative UPT?

I m 15 days late on my period however I did have an unusual period at least I think it was, start a week before my period was due. It also was lighter and shorter than my normal period cycle. During that time I felt heavy in my uterus like I was going to start and nothing. I ve taken hpts and also had a blood test done when I would ve been a week late and it all was negative. However I do show some signs of pregnancy headaches, exhaustion, and nipples a little sensitive at times and I don t know if my eyes are playing tricks but I think I m getting a bump. For the past week off and on I ve been having light cramping. I m confused I don t know what to do. I feel like I m crazy.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of hormonal imbalance is more.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels.
You will need hormone pills on the basis of hormone report to regulate your hormones.
Once your hormones are normalize you will have regular menses and all other symptoms will also subside.
So don't worry, consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
