Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Sometime UPT may be negative due to low level of HCG/ Or if you did in window period.
Best is go for blood HCG level which is more specific than UPT.
Some time discharge after unprotected intercourse is common, it will go its own.
Normally it is slippery, clear/milky, odorless.
But you should worry if it is foul smelling, thick, brownish/green/orange with itching and irritation.
If not resolved after 5-6 days, it may be infection like candidiasis, gonorrhoea or chlymadia.

You should take following advice for infection:
Single dose treatment:
following single dose treatment for all such patients:

1. Tablet AZEE 1000 mg
2. Tablet TINI 1 G
3. Tablet ZOCON 150 mg

Topical micanozole cream or ointment if severe itching and redness.
Maintain hygiene as below:
Wear loose, cotton underwear
Bathe or shower frequently
Wash vagina with warm and salt water after urination to maintain hygiene
Change out of sweaty or wet clothing as soon as possible
Do use hygiene sprays
add yogurt and other fermented foods to your diet to promote healthy bacteria
Reduce the amount of sugar you eat.

Missed period may be due to hormonal imbalance in your body.
A normal menstrual cycle is dependent on the interaction hormones, including oestrogen and progesterone produced by the ovaries as well other hormones produced by thepituitary gland.
If any of these hormones are not produced in the correct amounts this can disrupt the cycle and cause problems like missed period.
you should duphatson tablet 10 mg twice daily for 4-6 days.

But my best advice is that again consult with your doctor.
Test your hormone profile- Estrogen, Progesteron, FSH, LH, HCG
If necessary do USG.
Do relaxation exercise and yoga whatever you like.

Hope this may help you.
Stay healthy.
All the best.
