What Causes Delay In Periods And Diarrhea?

I am 20 years old, female, 5'7'' and about 135lbs. I have a history of an irregular menstrual cycle. I last had my cycle towards the end of february and its already going to be the end of june and still nothing. Actually, for march I had really bad nose bleeds for about two weeks, bu i think it was due to a dry nose and arrid conditions. But i did lose alot of blood. I have been sexually active but come out negative for testing. I have been getting really gasy and slight diahrea for the past week. Also, I noticed that I just give off a really bad odor all around, especially down there. About the same time my periods stopped I started having alot of stress with family, school, and socially. What do you think are explanations for this?

Hello,

There are many causes of missing periods. If you have an active sexual relationship, you should do a pregnancy test. The most common cause is pregnancy. If not, you should do a pelvic ultrasound and hormone levels for further evaluation.
