What Causes Delay In Periods And Fruity Odor In Urine?

Hi,I'm 29.7 yrs old and 5.4' tall and had an surgical abortion on 5th March 2011,was 7 weeks pregnant. post abortion had minimal spotting on the same day and then absolutely nothing till date.We completely abstained from sexual intercourse for 15 days post procedure according to the Gynaec's advise. After the post procedure follow up i was told that my hormone levels were dropping(i guess the HCG levels in the urine). We have always used condoms without fail everytime we had intercourse but i'm not on any pills though.Its almost 6 weeks post procedure and i'm waiting for my periods.since last one week i'm having this "fruity"odour in my urine that i noticed when i was pregnant. Is there a possibility that i can be pregnant again?
