What Causes Delay In Periods And Headaches?

hi, im 19 yrs old... and i am on the (shot) birth control since july ..my boyfriend and i have sex very costantly...we had sex 3 days before my period start and he finished inside of me..its been over a week and i still haven't got my period,just a spotting..i've had headaches that goes away after i eat..could i be pregnant ?i also took a home pregancy test and it came out negative..

hello user,no,you are not pregnant..While taking birth control shot,its obvious not to get periods...side effect of shot are headache,nausea,menstural irregularities,weight gain,acne etc..
