What Causes Delay In Periods And Heavy Spotting?

hi, I haven't started on my periods and I am late two months. Before they used to be normal. I'm not sexually active. Im 31 years old. Last month i didn't have any period at all, but this month i did get heavy spotting jsut for one hour, then nothing, til now.
