Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Itchy vagina along with clear fishy discharge is due to infection. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, culture of vaginal discharge and a pap test. All these investigations will determine the bacteria responsible for the infection and thus treatment can be started.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
