What Causes Delay In Periods And Light Spotting?

Im 13 days late for my period it was supposed to come Jan 2nd but didn't and I hadvery little pink spotting for a day or two and I have no symptons of being pregnant I don't think but I just took two pregnancy test when i was 10 & 11 days missed periodand both negative coul I still be pregnant
