General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
The symptoms given in your query are suggestive of an early pregnancy.
Since you had ectopic pregnancy involving one fallopian tube earlier, the possibility of pregnancy can not be ruled out as the other fallopian tube was not affected.
So, in order to rule out pregnancy, a home pregnancy test on an early morning urine sample is what you need.
Hope this answers your query.
I find this answer helpful
