What Causes Delay In Periods And Nipple Soreness While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi I m diagnosed with PCOS. I have been taking the medicines All-9 and cyst-Go(myo inistol) for last 15 days. But my period was 2 months ago. Checked for pregnancy test it was negative. For last 2 days my nipples have been extremely sore. Kindly advise. Should I take meprete for periods and continue with medication.
