What Causes Delay In Periods And Red To Brownish Discharge?

:( im 15 years old and i have never had sex and my period was 2 months late. It started occuring about 2 days ago its like a gooey red almost like a brownish black. A few people told me it could be a ovary cyst or somthing like that. Could anyone please help me figure this problem out?
