What Causes Delay In Periods And Stomach Cramps?

hey i havent started my period this month my last cycle was febuary 4 and when i started it was late i usually start the 28-30 of every month but i also have been having stomach cramps and feeling sick. I also havent had any energy. I have took 3 home pregnancy test and all negative. any suggestions on what might be going on?
