What Causes Delay In Periods And Tight Abdomen?

We had unprotected sex.. and my girlfriend took an emergency contraception (CLR 72) the same day... Now that she has missed a period.. we ve had 4 home pregnancy tests then.. all negatives. Now she has gone for a normal chekcup with a gyno. She has prescribed her meprate and some blood tests. She even checked her abdomen and said its tight.. I m totally confused.. does this all mean she might be pregnant??

Hi

missing period can be due to variety of reasons including pregnancy. I understand that the pregnancy tests are negative , and also she has been prescribed meprate. Meprate is a medicine given to bring on periods and is not prescribed in pregnancy. Therefore I don't think your girlfriend is pregnant.
