What Causes Delay In Periods By A Week And Cramps In Pelvic Area?

i got my my period on 12th march, got my period on the 10th of april and may, got it by the 9th of June and 8th of July, I am a week delayed now with slight to moderate cramps in the pelvic area, not dizzy nor soreness of the breast.... could this mean i'm pregnant? i found out that i had a lump in my stomach on August 8....
