What Causes Delay In Periods Despite A Negative UPT?

Hi, can I please ask you a health question? I am 11 days late for my period and have never been late , my gums are really sore, im am very tired and feel dizzy when i stand up , i had sex near 4 weeks ago, my breasts are also very ichy , i have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they have both came back negative, i just wanted to know what i should do about this and what it could be? Thankyou

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or hormonal disturbance. If the pregnancy test is negative, then pregnancy is unlikely.
I will suggest you to get your thyroid, Prolactin levels done.
If normal, then the pregnancy test should be repeated after 2 weeks.
