What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Being On Birth Control Pills?

I was prescribed clarithromycin 500mg and took it twice for 10 days I was also taking my birth control viorele but I have not started my period yet and I m 2 days past my start date. Could the clarithromycin prevent me from having my period this month
