What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having A Negative UPT?

Hi, i am 25 years old. And me and my partner are trying for a 2nd baby. I have been getting diorhea every month before or with my period. For the last 3months now and sometimes vomiting.But this month i am 5days late for my period, I have done a home pregnacy test, which came back negative. Could i be prenant? Or what could this be. Im really worried now. thanks

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, history of diarrhoea and vomiting and expectation of pregnancy are nothing to do anything with each other, there is only test that could rule out the possibility of pregnancy and that is sonography and better to get it done, you just can not rely upon the symptoms only because these can not rule out the pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
