General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Some women do return negative to home pregnancy kits until 3-4 months into pregnancy, and in all such cases you need to confirm/rule out pregnancy by visiting a doctors clinic.

Other causes for a delay can be the following:

+Infections
+Other medications
+Birth control pills
+Soon approaching menopause
+Hormonal imbalance
+Underlying chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, etc.
+Reproductive system related conditions like ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome, etc.

Please visit a doctor for an elaborate evaluation as you clearly need help.

Best wishes.
