What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

I had a Hysterioscopy on 01 may and there were no findings and noting operative was done. My date was due on 18 May but i didnot get any periods till date. Its already 20 days. My preagnancy result is negative. I had medium bleeding after Hysterioscopy. What could be possible reason?
