What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi there, I missed my period on February 2nd, and then I took a number of pregnancy tests, which all said positive. Then on February 22nd I got what I thought was my period for 7 days. Now in March I have not gotten any period. I have taken a few pregnancy tests last week, but they came back negative. I just wanted to know if this was common or if I am pregnant or not.

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the pregnancy test are concern ultrasonography is the accurate test else you can not rely upon any other test beside this, so better to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information
