What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?
Hi I ve missed my periods, it s been a week now. I did a home pregnancy test many times and it came out as negative. I could feel that I m pregnant, as I ve been having abdominal cramps and also there was a lot of white discharge last week at the time I was supposed to get my periods, but I just wanna be sure if I m pregnant or not. I m never late and very much regular in my cycle. I have hypthyroid as well. Also I read somewhere that your thyroid condition can cause a false negative pregnancy test. Am I really pregnant??

UPT is better done after week of missed. Period and with morning of urine, as it is more accurate.
You also go for trans vaginal ultrasound, it will be helpful.
