What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

had unprotected sex on 19 of last month and took emergency contraceptive pill just after 2 hrs of sex , my period was due on 10 of this month but till date it is yet to come took a pregnancy test but the result was negative what are the chances that i might be prgnant

Emergency contraceptive pills has effect on your menstrual cycle due to the hormonal combination in the pill. You can maximum wait for a duration of 10days delay.

I advice you to do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT to rule out pregnancy.
