Hi,

I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, it is a change in the hormonal levels. This can be due to stress, malnutrition, a LOT of exercise AND also serious problems in the ovaries. It could be early menopause. In theory it can be a problem with the uterus but that is not as likely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
