What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hello, my period is now 10 days late. I went on vacation for 1 week and I was supposed to get my period the last day on vacation. I went to the doctors to get a test done 3 days ago (6 days into my period being late) and it was negative. I have been feeling nauseous occasionally and I am always hungry. I am kind of worried?
