Hello
Normal ovulation occurs on day 14-15 of menses date .
In normal circumstances the period again start after 28 day ( 5 days ).
As you stated that sex was a protected encounter i.e. no chances of getting pregnancy.
The most important point is safe period ( 4-5 days prior to normal menses ) , so no chance of pregnancy.
3rd point , your girl friend took unwanted pills within 3 hours after sex i.e. no chance of any pregnancy.
You mentioned that there was not cramps etc but this is not a question ,as I have noted that so many girls don't feel or felt such cramps at all.
In my opinion amenorrhea ( no bleeding ) may be due to tension , hormonal imbalance or stress .
No test require , no need of any tension.
Wait for normal period.
Good luck.
