What Causes Delay In Periods Despite On Yaz After Mirena Removal?

I recently had the iud Mirena removed after being on it about 2 and a half years. I started taking the generic version of Yaz the same day I had the iud removed. I will be taking the 4th and final sugar pill tonight and have not yet had a period. I never had a period while I was on Mirena and I m wondering if my body is still adjusting to being off of it or if there is a possibility I could be pregnant. My significant other and I had sex a couple days after the iud removal and have a handful of times throughout the month. I also take 50 mg of doxycycline twice a day but my obgyn said that it would not effect my bc.
