Hey I had sex wid my bf on Friday @4 pm I guess widout safety nd I take I pill on Monday eve at 3 pm nd now my periods r missed m very tensed I take twice time pill in one month it is harmful? Or if I pregnant plz hlp me I hv pain in private area nd stomach pain too

HI,
I have read your query & understand your concern.
I pill is a high dose hormonal preparation , it works by postponing ovulation & so tends to delay menses by 8-10 days.
It works when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.Earlier the consumption, better are the results. I am afraid you had taken it late . We can not neglect possibility of conception in spite of taking the pill... so in case it more than 10 days late,please get HPT done & f it's +ve you need MTP.. as the drug is hazardous to fetus.
