Hello,
First of all, do not panic. Ova shield contains
Clomiphene citrate and some other ingredients that promote egg formation- ovulation. If you have a history of regular cycles, then please wait for the expected date of menses. If you have done follicle study from day ten of the cycle, then you can expect the periods fourteen days after ovulation date.
So I will suggest you wait for five days, meaning till 24 February, if you still don't get your periods, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for
pregnancy. In case of any doubt blood, beta HCG test and
ultrasound will be of help.
For PCOS -
polycystic ovaries syndrome, lifestyle changes are a must. Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Start on
Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly. It helps to prevent various complications during conception, pregnancy, and childbirth.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
