General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to pregnancy. No contraceptive gives 100% protection. For further assessment I would suggest you to do urine pregnancy test. You may require obstetrics ultrasound, beta hCG levels after gynecologist consultation for further confirmation. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
