Hello,

Contraceptives pills intake may cause deleted periods. Other possibilities like infection or PID or dub etc. Pregnancy has to be ruled out. Please get an ultrasound abdomen and hemoglobin status.

Check whether you're taking empty pills while the end of the strip. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
