General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The absence of menses after stopping Duphaston may be in relation with polycystic ovarian syndrome, unilateral large ovarian cyst or other hormone imbalance condition. It is best recommended to get an ultrasound examination of the pelvis for this instance evaluation and further guidelines accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
