General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Delay in periods or missing a period is one of the signs of pregnancy.
However, you are stating that your urine pregnancy test is negative.
To confirm that pregnancy has caused missed period or not can be done by following two ways:
1. Get your beta-HCG levels checked in blood sample
2. Get a trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) done to know the status of pregnancy by visualization of gestational sac and /or foetal pole.
Kindly visit Gynecologist with report for opinion and further management.
All the best.
