What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Having Negative UPT?

Hello doctor,I have been in a relationship for almost 5 yrs. For last 2 yrs i have been in a sexual relation with my partner, for last nine months thrice with gap of 3-4 months we met and had sex , but unfortunately every time i took pills.Last time when i met him, we had safe sex. But still i have not got my periods for 2 months. I tested home pregnancy test ,result was negative. Do this irregularity is due to ipill used.

I understand your concern.
Delay in periods despite negative pregnancy test could be caused due to hormonal imbalance and needs to be evaluated.
Kindly get the following tests done:
1. Serum FSH, LH and Prolactin levels.
2. Ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for further evaluation and management.
