What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Having Safe Sex?

Hi.I am 27years old married girl sexually active. Me and my husband were sexually involved with protection (condom) we even checked condom post intercourse there was no breakage. I got my periods on 23rd of june last month and now its 3days delayed, could i be pregnant? Not having any symptoms of pregnancy though.. What should be the ideal time for me to do pregnancy home test? Should i wait for few more days?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be conception, you can get done the home base pregnancy test in couple of week but such test may give false result so ultrasonography is the ideal one and this can be done in first week, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
