What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Taking Birth Control Pill?
The guy who I was with condoms broke one night. I m not taking the pill but about 8-9 hours after the condom broke I took the morning after pill. My period cycle is typically around 25 days but tends to be a couple days late when I m stressed. This happened on day 16 of my cycle and I have been told that because my period is shorter the the average 28 days that I would ovulate sooner then day 14 although I have never taken a test to find out which day I ovulate. I m nervous that the morning after pill won t work and just need some advice.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is question of conception and contraceptive method are there nothing is promising and in case of amenorrhea better to get done pregnancy test and best test would be ultrasonography, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
