What Causes Delay In Periods With Symptoms?

hi..i am a 22 yr old female married for almost 2 yrs now.i have been trying to conceive.this month i have passed my period date by 2 days.but i feel the period signs.usually i get my periods 2 dayz before the date.is there a chance of me being pregnant?
